Section I

Orders & Payment

Custom NatureAll products are custom-made to individual measurements and are non-resellable to any third party.

Production StartProduction begins immediately upon receipt of the agreed deposit. No changes can be made thereafter.

Non-Refundable DepositAll deposits are 100% non-refundable under any circumstance, including cancellation initiated by the client.

Full PaymentThe remaining balance must be settled in full before the finished piece is released or dispatched.

Pricing FluctuationAll prices are subject to change based on live gold market rates. Your quoted price is locked only upon deposit payment.

Quote ValidityAll price quotations are valid for 7 calendar days from the date of issue. A fresh quote will be required after expiry.

Right to RefuseEGYGRILLZ reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order. In the event of our cancellation, a full deposit refund will be issued.

Written Terms OnlyVerbal agreements, promises, or representations are not binding. Only written, confirmed terms apply to any transaction.

Section II

Production & Delivery

Production TimelinesStandard production runs 7–21 working days. These are estimates only and not contractual guarantees.

Client ResponsibilityThe client is solely responsible for providing accurate dental impressions or 3D scan data. Errors from incorrect data are not covered.

Force MajeureEGYGRILLZ is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including supplier disruptions or civil events.

Fit IssuesFit-related complaints must be reported within 48 hours of receipt, with clear photo or video evidence attached.

Late Adjustment FeesAdjustment requests submitted after the 48-hour window will incur a service fee assessed at the time of the request.

Unclaimed OrdersItems not collected within 30 days may incur storage fees. Items abandoned beyond 90 days will be melted for scrap value with no compensation.

Section III

Materials & Quality

Gold PurityGold karat purity (18K, 21K) is guaranteed as stated at time of sale. Certificates are available upon request.

Diamond QualityDiamond quality (VVS/VS) is as certified at point of sale. Minor variances within grade are inherent to natural stones.

Natural InclusionsNatural gemstones may contain minor internal inclusions characteristic of genuine stones — these are not considered defects.

Stone Loss After DeliveryEGYGRILLZ does not warrant against loss of stones after the piece has been delivered and accepted by the client.

Third-Party ModificationModification or repair by any third-party jeweler immediately voids all support and warranty from EGYGRILLZ.

No Returns on Used JewelryUsed dental jewelry cannot be returned under any circumstance, due to the hygienic and bespoke nature of all pieces.

Section IV

Health & Liability

Cosmetic ProductAll grillz are sold strictly as cosmetic jewelry, not as regulated dental devices or medical appliances of any kind.

Dental DisclaimerEGYGRILLZ is not liable for dental damage, gum irritation, or oral health effects from wearing our products.

Wear InstructionsGrillz must not be worn while eating, sleeping, or during physical activity. Misuse is solely the client's liability.

Allergic ReactionsEGYGRILLZ is not responsible for allergic reactions to metal alloys. Clients must disclose known metal allergies before production begins.

Dental ShiftingEGYGRILLZ is not responsible for any changes to dental alignment that may occur from extended or improper jewelry use.

Age RequirementClients must be 18 years of age or older, or present verifiable written guardian consent prior to placing any order.

Section V

Shipping & Intellectual Property

Shipping RiskRisk of loss transfers to the client once the item has been handed to the courier. EGYGRILLZ bears no liability thereafter.

Shipping InsuranceInsurance on shipments must be explicitly requested and paid by the client prior to dispatch. Default shipping is uninsured.

Gift Cards & CreditsAll gift cards and store credits issued by EGYGRILLZ are non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash.

Photography RightsEGYGRILLZ retains the right to photograph finished pieces and use those images for marketing without additional client consent.

Design RightsAll EGYGRILLZ designs are protected intellectual property. Replication, reproduction, or imitation is strictly prohibited.

Governing LawAny legal disputes shall be settled exclusively under the laws and courts of Cairo, Arab Republic of Egypt.

Acceptance of TermsPlacing an order, paying a deposit, or using this website constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of all terms stated on this page.
