04Dry ThoroughlyPat dry with a microfiber cloth before storing. Moisture causes tarnishing over time.
05EGYGRILLZ Case OnlyAlways store your piece in the provided protective case.
06No ChemicalsNever expose to cleaners, bleach, chlorine, perfumes, hairspray, or colognes.
07No Eating or SleepingRemove your grillz before eating, drinking anything hot or acidic, or going to sleep.
08No Smoking While WearingSmoking causes accelerated tarnishing and discoloration.
09Avoid Heat & Direct SunlightKeep away from high heat sources or prolonged direct sunlight.
10Check Stones WeeklyInspect stones for looseness every week.
11Do Not ShareNever share grillz with another person. Each piece is custom-fitted.
12Monthly Deep CleanDeep clean once a month using a professional jewelry-specific cleaning solution.
13Oral Hygiene FirstAlways brush and floss your natural teeth thoroughly before inserting your grillz.
14Handle with CareDo not use your grillz to open bottles or bite down on hard objects.
15No Harsh Heat ExposureDo not steam clean or place near open flame.

Shipping & Logistics

17Tracked ShipmentsAll FedEx shipments are fully tracked from dispatch to delivery.
18Non-FedEx LiabilityClients requesting alternative carriers assume full liability for any loss or damage.
19Tracking NotificationTracking numbers are sent via WhatsApp or Email immediately upon dispatch.
20Domestic TransitShipping within Egypt via FedEx takes 2–4 business days from dispatch.
21International ShippingInternational rates and timelines are calculated based on destination and order value.
22Customs DutiesAll customs duties and import taxes are the client's sole responsibility.
23Marked as DeliveredEGYGRILLZ is not liable for packages marked as delivered but not received.
24Incorrect AddressFailed delivery due to incorrect address requires a re-shipping fee before re-dispatch.
25Local CollectionIn-person collection is strictly by confirmed appointment only.
26Identity VerificationProof of identity required at collection for all high-value orders.
27Triple-Boxed PackagingAll fragile pieces are triple-boxed using archival-grade materials.
28Shipping DamageReport any damage within 12 hours of receipt with time-stamped unboxing photos.
29Shipping InsuranceInsurance must be requested and paid by the client before dispatch.
30Lost Package InvestigationLost FedEx packages are subject to FedEx's own investigation timelines.
